Cogeco says it’s currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario.
On X, the company shares technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
It adds that 911 services may be affected, and residents are encouraged to ensure they have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.
Cogeco adds the outage page on its website is also affected, and they’ll be posting updates once more information is available.
