Burning regulations come into effect across Haliburton County starting today. You’re not allowed to burn two hours after sunrise and two hours before sunset and this includes burn barrels.
The fire must also be at least three meters away from combustible material and can’t be more than two meters high.

The regulations will be in effect until October 31.
