A 25 year old has been arrested after fleeing from police. Around 9:30 last night, Haliburton Highlands OPP officers were involved in the pursuit that began when the driver was travelling along County Road 503.
The license plate was identified with a suspended or unlicensed driver, stolen vehicle, wanted registered owners, and expired or stolen plates. The driver was eventually stopped on White Boundary Road.
The Trent Lakes male is being charged with failure to stop for police, using plates unauthorized for the vehicle and operating an unsafe vehicle. He’s schedule to appear in a Minden court in June.
