A secret shopper program will be in Haliburton County this summer. Local businesses will be getting information about the program within the next two weeks.
It’s completely optional, but will give a good overview of customer service in the County.
The shoppers will be coming from the Ontario Highlands Tourism Organization. To find out more, contact the County’s tourism department.
