A special weather statement has been issued for parts of Haliburton County. Environment Canada says snow squalls are expected tonight and into Friday. Showers are forecasted to change to flurries late tonight. We may not see a lot of accumulation, but heavy flurries and local blowing snow is expected so visibility could be reduced. Drivers are reminded to prepare for winter driving conditions.
