Movement & Meditation Program

Mondays until May 29th-H.O.P.E Learning Centre and K.O. Martials  is offering a free Movement & Meditation Program for people in the community, every Monday from 10:00am – 11:00am, running until May 29th.  Anyone over the age of 16 is welcome!  It’s happening at the Wellness Hub! on Industrial Park Road (the old Haliburton Dance Academy) Please use the back entrance when entering the building, and the studio is at the top of the stairs on the left.
