The Social Services Office In Minden Is Relocating To Haliburton

The Social Services office in Minden is relocating to Haliburton.

Social Services manager Janine Mitchell says they decided to move to Haliburton because it’s a central location for clients across Haliburton County who rely on their services.

Mitchell says one program that will be offered is Ontario Works.

Mitchell noted that Children Services and Housing Help Services will also be available.

The new office opens on April 13th.
