The annual Rotary Carnival takes over Head Lake Park today. Festivities will kick off at 2pm. The parade at 7 pm is celebrating the village’s 150th birthday. The car draw will take place after the fireworks at dusk. The carnival is free to attend. Proceeds from the car draw will go toward supporting local organizations.
