Local MPP Laurie Scott is keeping the pressure on against the OPP Billing Model. She sent a letter to the Minister of Community and Correctional Services reminding him of the promise to meet with Haliburton County. She says municipalities should be consulted in the process of choosing a model. At yesterday’s county council meeting, councilors agreed they can’t let up on their fight against the model.
