A local resident will receive an award today that will put him in the Canadian Hearing Society (CHS) Hall of Heroes.
Gord Kidd is the lucky recipient and a ceremony is happening at Echo Hills Apartments in Haliburton at ten o’clock.
The society’s regional director describes Kidd as devoted and passionate about hearing healthcare.
Today he’ll be formally recognized and inducted into CHS Peterborough’s Hall of Heores.
