A new ambulance for Haliburton County will be on the roads. It has a new design with a reflective green colour, making it easier for drivers to see in any weather conditions.
Director of Emergency Services, Craig Jones says the truck is like a paramedic’s office so the re-design is helping to keep their office space safe.
Only one ambulance, based mainly out of Haliburton has been changed, and the rest will get the new design as the trucks are replaced over the years.
