Green Party candidate in Haliburton Kawartha Lakes Brock says the Canada Pension Plan is not good the way it is. Bill MacCallum says the CPP has been eroding for decades and isn’t doing it what it was originally intended to do.
MacCallum says instead of individual provincial plans, the Green Party would work with each province to come up with a national standard.
MacCallum is running against NDP Mike Perry, Conservative Jamie Schmale, and Liberal David Marquis.
